2011 Pageant

Greetings and welcome to our website. It is with great pride and excitement that I take the helm of the Miss Alabama USA/Miss Alabama Teen USA pageants. Along with myself being the new director, there are many exciting changes with the pageant. A beautiful new host city and theater, an abundance of new sponsors and charitable alliances, additional scholarships, and many exciting opportunities for each contestant! The purpose of the Miss Alabama USA/Miss Alabama Teen USA pageant is to provide an arena for young women in our state to experience fair competition and an avenue for greater self awareness, self confidence, individual pride and self awareness. Each young lady that enters the pageant will have a unique set of goals, but we feel confident that whatever those may be she will leave the pageant one step closer to making the goals a reality. At the end of the day only two young ladies will be crowned, but is my hope and a goal of the organization that every young lady will walk away from the experience with a greater sense of purpose.
